Every order is made to order & handstamped, one letter at a time. Every character is unique in placement, alignment, angle and depth. Due to the nature of hand stamping (hammering each letter into the piece) slight impressions can occur on the reverse side of the piece. This is a normal part of the hand stamping process and why stamping on both sides of a piece is not available.

Every piece is photographed in its completed form and these images may be used for social media, marking or product examples on the website. Please reach out via email if you do not wish for photographs of your order to be used.
Please carefully check spelling when submitting your order & contact us immediately if you notice an error as these cannot be corrected once production has started. When using a design stamp the positioning of this can be indicated in the special notes section of your order. Where this information is missing we will place the design stamp at our discretion.
