WHAT IS THE CURRENT ORDER PRODUCTION TIME?

The current order production time can be found on the sticky banner at the top of the website, please note it may change throughout peak periods such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
The production time may extend if I need to contact you in regards to your order (ie the personalisation you have requested doesn't fit the character limits) so please keep an eye on your emails (& junk mail)

If your require your order in a hurry please leave a note in the notes section and send an to email to hello@emandeve.com.au to confirm I can meet your deadline.

Once your order is ready I will send an email with your tracking number with Australia Post. If you haven't received this email please reach out (also check your junk mail.)

First check your tracking number that was emailed on your parcels dispatch. If you can't see this email you please check your junk mail or reach out. If you can see your parcel doesn't have any movement events or has stopped moving and it has been 3 or more days please reach out to hello@emandeve.com.au and I can follow up with Australia Post. All parcels are fully insured so in the very rare occasion a parcel is lost compensation can be claimed so your order can be remade.
