Every piece created is rigorously inspected and tested to ensure only the highest quality.
Due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or if you have made an error in your order. If production has not yet begun and you wish to cancel your order an administration fee will be withheld to cover the fees related to the payment method used at purchase. We offer a replacement on products should an error be made during production on our part, or where there is a manufactures fault as determined by us. Please contact us by email immediately upon receiving your order (within 7 days) and we will work promptly to rectify any problems. You will be required to return the product (depending on the circumstances, at your expense) to us for exchange. Returns are assessed on an individual basis.
Chains
All chains are covered by a 3 month warranty for any defects that occur with the clasp/clasp mechanism. Chain breakages are assessed on a case by case bases to determine if the break is due to a manufacturers fault or if the breakage is due the chain being under stress. As all chains are quality checked before sending, most often chains breakages are caused due to stress such as repetitive pulling/tugging by young children or the chain being caught while removing clothing. This is why breakages need to be assessed (usually via images) so the cause can be determined by inspecting the link to see the link has been pulled out of shape.
